Thank you for shopping with Brooch Pins™. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully presented.


Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Certain items, including print-on-demand, made-to-order, personalized, or specialty items, may require additional production time before shipment.

During holidays, launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • United States: 3–10 business days after shipment

  • International shipping availability may vary by product and destination

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or holidays are outside our control.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Brooch Pins™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Brooch Pins™ is not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.

We will do our best to assist whenever possible.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.


Print-On-Demand & Specialty Products

Some items may be fulfilled through trusted production partners. These items may:

  • Ship separately

  • Arrive in different packaging

  • Have slightly different delivery timelines

This helps us offer a wider range of unique designs and specialty merchandise.
