Hi, my name is Pamela. I’m the founder and curator behind Brooch Pins™, a woman-owned boutique based in Upstate New York.
What began with a love of distinctive brooches has grown into a carefully curated collection of brooches, vintage and estate jewelry, and one-of-a-kind handmade pieces.
I personally select our brooches and estate finds in limited quantities, with an eye for distinctive design, beautiful details, and pieces that feel collected rather than ordinary. Our handmade jewelry brings another element to the collection, with individually created pieces you won't find everywhere else.
From sourcing and selecting each piece to preparing and presenting your order, I personally oversee the details from my studio in Upstate New York.

What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Certain items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Select vintage, estate, and clearance jewelry may be designated as final sale. These items will be clearly identified in their product descriptions before purchase. Final-sale restrictions do not affect applicable rights regarding defective or incorrectly described merchandise.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, standard U.S. delivery generally takes 4–12 business days. Tracking information is provided when your order ships.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our jewelry and accessories are sourced from trusted suppliers, estate sales, auctions, and independent finds, both domestic and international. Each piece is personally selected for its distinctive design, quality, and character. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our boutique in Upstate New York.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate standard shipping for $7.75 per order within the United States. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped. We currently do not offer international shipping.
